How we know
Every number on this site comes from a page the facility or the pharmacy publishes itself, or from an official register. Each row shows the date we checked and the source.
Where facts come from, in order
- Official registers: the Dubai Health Authority, the Dubai Healthcare City Authority and the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
- The facility's own website.
- The pharmacy chains' own product pages, for pen stock.
- Booking pages the facility itself publishes.

The four stages
- Fetch. We read the official page politely: we honour robots.txt, wait between requests and identify ourselves in every request.
- Read. A model reads the page text and returns each price with the exact words it came from. A price is kept only if it appears in those words and those words appear on the page.
- Check. A second reading checks every price, licence claim and stock state. If the two disagree, a third review decides; if it is still unclear we show “price on enquiry” instead of a number.
- Publish. The row shows the price, the date we checked and the source domain. The licence stamp comes from the register, not from the facility's page.
What a flag means
A flag means an official register or the facility's own page conflicts with what we hold about it, and a person on our side is looking into it. While a flag stands, the page shows the flag text and no prices.
“Licence not found by us” means our search did not find the facility on the registers we check. It may be registered under a different name. It is not a finding that the facility is unlicensed.
What we never do
- We never read Instagram, Google Maps, review sites, aggregators, press or ads.
- We never show a price that is not in the facility's own words.
- The stamp says who licensed the facility. We never say a facility is licensed for a particular service.
- We never say what to take, what to buy or where to go. We report what is listed.
- Peptides are listed under physician prescription, and we say nothing about their effects.
- Stock is not a promise: it is what the pharmacy's page listed on the day we checked.
